Feed Vulnerable Households in Africa: Building Hope Through Food Security
Hunger remains one of Africa’s greatest humanitarian challenges, affecting millions of vulnerable families, children, elderly people, and displaced communities. Local Initiatives for Response and Development Association (LIRDA) is committed to creating sustainable solutions that help families access nutritious food, develop agricultural livelihoods, and build stronger communities.
Officially approved in 2024, LIRDA works with local and international partners to support zero hunger programs in Africa, combining emergency food assistance with long-term development strategies.
Through partnerships with organizations such as Egwim International Foundation, CCREAD, REVACAM, and Lesley Foundation, LIRDA connects humanitarian action with sustainable community development.
Our vision is not only to provide food today but to empower families to become self-reliant through farming, skills development, and community-based agricultural initiatives.
